Commissions and Fees - Sales

Commission for brokering the sale of an individual apartment or family house:

3% of the sales price, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. The fee is payable when the new title is registered at the cadastral register and the purchase money has been released to the seller.

Commissions and Fees - Rentals

Commission for brokering the long-term lease (12 months or longer) of an individual apartment or family house:

The equivalent of 1 months rent, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. Both the landlord and tenant pay this fee after the signature of the lease agreement.

Commission for brokering a short-term lease (6 months or less) of an individual apartment or family house:

15% of the rent for the entire lease term, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. Both the landlord and tenant pay this fee after signature of the lease agreement.
